There is never a good reason to get behind the wheel while intoxicated. Driving under the influence of alcohol is reckless and one of the most dangerous things a person can do. Every year, thousands of people throughout the country are hurt or killed in motor vehicle accidents caused by drunk drivers. Although law enforcement agencies in Tennessee have done a great job of educating the public about the dangers of drunk driving, people continue to drink and drive.

Options for legal recourse
The death of a loved one is one of the most difficult things a person can experience. The trauma is magnified when a loved one is killed by a drunk driver.
